Amanda Crim is an experienced public affairs, advocacy and communications professional with experience in both the private and public sector.  

 

Most recently, Amanda served as Vice President for Campaign Communications at the American Hotel & Lodging Association where she developed, implemented and directed multi-state advocacy campaigns on the industry’s top policy issues, as well as oversaw industry-wide initiatives promoting the hospitality industry’s efforts in public safety, sustainability and community service.

 

Amanda joined AHLA after serving in Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s Administration as his Deputy Chief of Staff. During her time in the Administration, she coordinated

​

cooperation between state agencies and Cabinet Secretaries to maximize successful outcomes, including communications, policy, and legislative initiatives. In addition to fostering relationships between agency and cabinet heads, Amanda also led the transition effort for Governor Hogan and oversaw key appointments to senior positions.  

 

Before joining Governor Hogan’s Administration, Amanda spent over a decade managing advocacy campaigns ranging from organizing local grassroots initiatives to strategizing on the federal level.
